"In
mid December 2005 I weighed 238 lbs. With a two week family vacation
coming up on the March break in Florida I was determined to lose
weight. We had a one week cruise and one week condo booked in
Coco Beach booked and I wanted to fit back into my bathing suits
and shorts. My goal was to break 200 lbs.
When I left for my holiday I weighed 202 lbs! I used the GNLD
chocolate shake meal replacement two times a day and had a normal
dinner. The weight was easy to lose and I lost between 3-4 lbs

"In
my late twenties, I started to experience peri-menopausal symptoms
such as hot flashes, night sweats, trouble concentrating, and
difficulty sleeping. I couldn’t deal with them any longer
and started taking hormone replacement therapy (HRT) with estrogen
and progesterone. Four years after being on HRT, my doctor even
recommended that I go off of it because of its horrible long term
side effects. At the time, I advised him that I would be a wreck
without it and presently needed it to live day to day. I had already
tried everything the health food store/health books recommended
with no luck.
When I was introduced

"I
began having problems in 2001. With many visits to the Doctor,
I was always being told I was fine. Anyone with Colitis will understand
the worry, pain and urgency for bathroom pit stops. It's embarrassing
and a nuisance. I was stressed, both mentally and physically.
The pain was unbearable. After a Colonoscopy, finally, in March
of 2005, I was diagnosed with Colitis. I was given steroids right
away for 8 weeks to calm the situation down. After that I had
a follow up visit and was given anti-inflamm's to be taken, 6
per day. This did not sit well with me. I realized then and there
I would have to take drugs the rest of my life. No thanks. I started
to study Nutrition at school and met Maryellen in my class. We
got together to discuss my health issues and in October 2005 I

the years playing soccer both indoor and outdoor had really taken
its toll on my knees and ankles. In 2004 I decided that I could
no longer play due to the pain. The constant sprinting and stopping
had become unbearable but the thought of giving up something I
loved was even more painful. In May of 2005 I was introduced to
Full Motion and really was hoping for it to give me some pain
